Beach Breaks consists of:-
Lounge.
The lounge consists of one large corner sofa, book case, chest of drawers, Sky television with full movie package and full wireless internet access.
Modern Kitchen
The kitchen area has an american style fridge and freezer, sink, dish washer, washing machine, tumble dryer, electric hob, eye level electric oven, microwave oven, 4 slice toaster and all the utensils you would expect to see in a family home.
Dining Room.
The dining room has a large dining table with seating for 6 people, two 2 seater sofas and a chest of drawers.
Bedroom 1.
Here there is a kingsize bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers 2 seater sofa, bedside table with lamp and a vanity unit with sink.
Bedroom 2.
Bedroom 2 is a downstairs bedroom. It has a double bed with wardrobe, bedside table and vanity unit with sink.
Bedroom 3.
This is a twin room with 2 single beds. a chest of drawers with a bedside lamp.
Bathroom 1.
The bathroom has a free standing bath, separate shower cubicle, toilet, twin bowl sinks with 2 mirrors and lights including shaver sockets and a heated towel rail.
Bathroom 2.
This is a downstairs bathroom consisting of a toilet, sink, bath with over bath shower and a heated towel rail.
Outside.
There is a garden solely for your use with patio area, patio table with seating for 6 people and a barbecue, private access to the lane which leads to the village and a dedicated off street parking place for one car. Parking permits for street parking outside the property are available upon request.
The property is also serviced with full gas central heating.
